Delivery coverage

We currently deliver within Egypt. Cairo and Giza are served directly, while other governorates are fulfilled according to available delivery coverage. If an address falls outside our normal service coverage, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery timing

Cairo and Giza: orders are normally delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time and route, but it is not guaranteed.

Other governorates: orders are normally delivered within 3–4 business days after confirmation, subject to delivery coverage.

Delivery fees

Standard delivery within Cairo and Giza is EGP 100. For other governorates, the delivery fee is confirmed according to the destination before dispatch. Standard delivery is complimentary on orders over EGP 5,000 where delivery coverage is available.

Order confirmation and payment

Available payment options are the methods shown or confirmed for your order. We may contact you before dispatch to confirm the order, delivery address, or payment details where needed.

Changes and cancellations

You may request changes or cancel an order while it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatch has started, contact us and we will advise on the available delivery or return options.

If delivery cannot be completed

If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is required because the recipient was unavailable or the address provided was inaccurate.

Age verification

Deeb Cigars applies a 21+ sales policy for tobacco products. Valid proof of age may be requested at delivery, and we may refuse to hand over tobacco products where age cannot be verified.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include clear photos where possible. If the issue is attributable to Deeb, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the related delivery cost.
